Cancellations are annoying. For you and for us. It's a shame if you can't come to us. But it's also a shame when rooms remain free even though other guests would have liked to come. Hence a suggestion, if everything suddenly turns out differently: Please inform us immediately. We try to accommodate you as much as possible.

Up to 3 months before cancellation there are no cancellation fees, up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40%, up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% and in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price.

Because something can always happen: In addition to the cancellation insurance, the Hotelstorno Plus or Premium offers additional help and support for everything to do with your hotel stay of up to 31 days - for example in the event of a travel interruption, an involuntary extension of your vacation or in the event of mountain difficulties. In addition, Hotelstorno Premium offers insurance protection in the event of travel interruption, delayed arrival or an involuntary extension of vacation, in the event of search and rescue as well as benefits after an accident.
